- First you need to load the packet driver, then you need to load winpkt to
- the same address as the packet driver for the ethernet card. Then enter
- windows. From there make certain that you have the your IP# correct,
- and your host's IP# correct, and your nameserver.

- Once that is done, exit tcpman and restart it, (may not be needed if it
- was right on startup). Then use ping to check the connection between
- your computer and your host, if you do not get a response, check your
- netmask. 255.255.255.0 should work.... If you get a response, then ping
- the name server. If that works, then you need to trouble shoot the apps
- that you want to run.
