  13. First you need to load the packet driver, then you need to load winpkt to 
  14. the same address as the packet driver for the ethernet card.  Then enter 
  15. windows.  From there make certain that you have the your IP# correct, 
  16. and your host's IP# correct, and your nameserver.

  18. Once that is done, exit tcpman and restart it, (may not be needed if it 
  19. was right on startup).  Then use ping to check the connection between 
  20. your computer and your host, if you do not get a response, check your 
  21. netmask.  255.255.255.0 should work....  If you get a response, then ping 
  22. the name server.  If that works, then you need to trouble shoot the apps 
  23. that you want to run.
